True story. I spent nearly seven months fighting with the biggest mortgage company in the country and clawed my way to the Office of the President of said mortgage company until I finally saved my home. After hours of reseach, phone calls, faxes and persistence, it finally paid off. Once I discovered how the system works (painfully slow at times) I realized that there were people just like me losing their homes every day. After my first mortgage modification victory it only seemed logical to see if my second mortgage company would help me out. Using the same tactics I soon had another victory under my belt. Some friends of mine let me know that they were in trouble paying their ever increasing payments so I offered to help them just to see if I could get the same results and sure enough...it worked.
